Refund Policy:

Return Period: At Cherrykicks, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a 14-day return period from the date of receiving your order. You can return your sneakers within this period, provided they are in perfect condition, unworn, and in the original packaging.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us via email at info@cherrykicks.be to initiate your return. Please include your name, order number, and the reason for the return. Our friendly customer service team is ready to assist you throughout the return process.

  2. Wait for confirmation from our customer service before shipping back the sneakers. This ensures a smooth processing of your return.

  3. Carefully package the sneakers in the original box, including the invoice or a copy thereof. Ship the package to the following address:

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned sneakers, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method.

Return Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure the return reaches us safely.

Special Note:

  • Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Policy:

Processing Time: After placing an order, we aim to process and ship it within 5 to 10 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is on its way.

  • Orders within Belgium are shipped via Bpost, a reliable partner for domestic deliveries.
  • Orders to other countries are shipped through reputable courier services such as DHL, DPD, or UPS, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of your order.
